SUPERB JOB by owner and his sons. You will NOT be disappointed in using this company! They arrived on time and treated my home with perfect care. All the cleaning was so well done; our floors and upholstery have never looked better. They took their time and ensured the job met their high standards and mine. They performed the job with great perfection and then cleaned up everything completely. I could not be more pleased with the outcome. I would 100% rehire this company and will when needed.

Jim Richardson and his helper were on time and worked quickly The finished carpets look very good, the guy helping carried my coffee table back into the room for me, that was a big help as it is heavy for me to move, I'm very pleased with the service and would recommend them to anyone. The 3 men were fast, thorough, and friendly. Each carpet looked much better after cleaning. The carpets had not been cleaned in about 5 to 10 years. I would definitely use them again.

From my very first contact with Jim, he was completely professional and thorough. He came out and looked at the job, and gave me an itemized estimate, and set my expectations for what could and could not be cleaned. My schedule needs were a little uncertain, he was flexible and understanding. On the day of the job, there was a crew of 3 (including Jim), all of whom obviously took pride in their work. They were friendly and funny! I could not have been happier with the job they did. I would use them again without hesitation, and would highly recommend them to my family and friends.

Jim and his crew did a very good job. He was easy to work with, punctual and professional. They were careful with my furniture, and considerate of their time in my home. There were some issues with the cleaning of the slate floor, but Jim answered all my questions and explained the issues, and my options. Made an appointment as to when to clean the carpet and was at the house on time. They did an excellent job and would recomend them to my friends.

Jim is awesome!! This is the second time I have used him and I wasn't disappointed. My carpet is old and worn but Jim made them look almost new.

In November I checked rug cleaners on Angie's List and found Jim Richardson and "Squeaky Clean". We had a room rug, overstuffed lounge chair and 4 kitchen stools that needed attention. When I called he told me he was very busy but would be able to handle us early in December. He confirmed it with a call the week before and committed to a time. That day he was kind enough to call when he found he was running a bit late. On arrival they moved the 4 bar stools which needed cleaning out to the garage so that they wouldn't mess up the floor of the kitchen. They did a good job but they said if I wasn't satisfied they would come back again. Two days later Jim called to see if we were satisfied and I told him the stools didn't come up as much as I had hoped. They came right over, redid the stools and when they dried they looked just great.||They were very nice to deal with -I was pleased with the professionalism and would highly recommend them.

We have a couple puppies (I know... what were we thinking?!?) who are not quite house trained. When they are finished with the carpet, it looks and smells great.

From the first point of contact, the company was very professional. Their website's contact form was sent directly to Jim's mobile phone and I received a call the same day. He was very detailed with his questions and worked me into his schedule with no problem. When he and his assistant arrived, he gave me an immediate quote and educated me on reasons for leaving out treatments and/or adding them to certain spots. He also came in with special equipment to see organic stains not visible to the naked eye and allowed me to take pictures of them for future reference. They were here for a little over two hours and were extremely detailed. The pricing was a bit higher than I anticipated, but you get what you pay for and I have no problem becoming a regular patron of a family owned business that takes pride in their work and demonstrates a passion for customer satisfaction. Their cleaning treatment is 100% natural and green so this was a definite plus especially with having family members with severe allergies and asthma living in the home. I would highly recommend Jim and his crew to anyone!

We had an immediate need to address an ongoing pet odor problem, particularly in the basement, that could be detected as soon as you walked through the front door. I reached out to Squeaky Clean and Dry via their website and almost immediately received a call from Jim and I was able to schedule an appointment for the same week. Jim and his assistant were very punctual and when they arrived, they conducted a thorough assessment of my situation and then took the time to explain all of the treatment options and what they hoped to accomplish. He also provided great advice on how to seal our walls and subfloor to eliminate any remaining odor. Our house smells 100% better. I intend to use Squeaky Clean and Dry in the near future to clean carpeting in other parts of the house and would absolutely recommend them to friends and family.

Jim and Lee arrived within the time stated during our initial telephone contact. They are both enthusiastic about what they do and took the time to explain everything they were doing. I thought we would have to replace the carpets the prior owners were not clean. The carpets were the last thing we had to take care of in the house. The entire living room was stained with I do not know what and the stairs were even worse. They came in and got everything out the rugs look like new and feel so clean it is amazing. I am so please highly recommend they saved my carpets.

Great work! Good customer service. Jim was very knowledgeable and easy to work with. Our carpets look fantastic. I especially appreciated that it wasn't a one-size-fits-all approach and that he took the time to go through with a black light and treat pet-related problems specially. His estimate was right on par with the final price, and he didn't try to sell us anything we didn't need. We just bought the house from irresponsible previous owners with many pets and I had been afraid to walk on my carpets barefoot before. I now walk around with full confidence.

The job Jim and his son did cleaning that dirty carpet was just amazing! The carpets came out cleaner than I could possibly have imagined. Also, the environmentally safe product Jim uses dries very quickly. Before leaving, Jim said that sometimes, certain stubborn stains will reappear a few days after the cleaning and, if I noticed anything like that, or had any other questions or issues, to make sure to call him so he could go back and re-treat. I was back at the house about a week later and noticed that in a very few spots, some of the stains (not much), had returned. I call Jim and he came back later that week to re-treat them. That did the trick and the carpet looks absolutely fantastic! I was anxious to see the reaction of our Realtor and when he saw the difference, he couldn't believe it. He plans to add Jim to his list of recommended service providers. Thanks Jim! (and son).

They were very friendly and respectful. They were efficient and worked very hard. The staff knew the quality of the rug and also answered several questions that I had. The work turned out very well and it was very clean. We could definitely see the difference.

GIVE JIM AND HIS COMPANY A MEDAL!!!!!!! We have 5 pugs and needed the carpets and couches cleaned due to one marking and the others following suite. We also needed a second hand couch and chair cleaned because of cigarette smoke. Jim and his coworker, Brian, were fantastic. The carpet looked so much better and our couches that had the smoke looked practically new! There was one section in the living room that needed extra attention and Jim took the time to get rid of the smell and make the stain not so noticeable. We did have some permanent stains that did not come out however, we were very pleased with the end result. Jim was professional and was wonderful to work with. He is worth every penny and I would use him again and recommend him to others.
