I chose this company from their reviews on Angies list and Jim answered my call within a couple of hours. He scheduled my service right away. His crew, Lee and Pete, did an outstanding job on my carpets. They thoroughly explained all the options available, went over all procedures, and answered all questions. There were several different pricing options available and absolutely no pressure when choosing one. They did a wonderful job on the cleaning, the carpets look amazing, almost brand new. I felt very comfortable having them work in my house. They both were very professional, friendly and extremely respectful and careful when moving things and working around my belongings. They really protected my floors, furniture, and deck when laying out the hoses and equipment. I would definitely call them again and I highly recommend them. Great company!!?

Excellent. Jim is very responsive and professional and his equipment/process is the best. Yes, the cost is more but his service is the perfect example of "you get what you pay for." Other "cleanings" had the carpet looking clean when they left but within days, the dark spots would start to reappear. Not so with Squeaky Clean! He is our only carpet cleaner now!

My carpet, rugs and furniture look great and smell fresh. Jim was very prompt in replying to my message via Angle's List and was able to schedule right away. Jim and his helper were prompt, friendly and very professional. Did a great job - will use again!

We have used Jim before for carpet cleaning, and will use him again for regular services. But I cannot say enough positive things about Jim and his staff for also helping us with a recent issue. They were professional, efficient, and compassionate in helping us deal with a broken pipe that flooded our finished basement. Jim is very knowledgeable about the process and gave us excellent advise on how to deal with the unexpected mess. Highly recommended!

The bathroom floor came out wonderful! I never thought it would be that white again. The carpets look very good and smell nice again. We were very happy with all the services.

The carpets are original from when the house was built 15 years ago. I was amazed how beautiful they looked when they were finished. Even the stairs looked like new! Jim also offered to come back and touch up any areas where stains resurfaced. It was one of the most pleasant experiences I have had with a contracted service. I would definitely recommend the provider to my neighbors and friends and would not hesitate to use the service again.

.There were two workmen that can out and they did a very goo job. I thought that they were incredibly courteous, professional and hardworking. It was a really good job.

I called 7 places from the internet and I could not find a place that could perform services that removed cat urine. This company came down and showed me how the whole area was completely sprayed, all the furniture was sprayed and went to work right away. They came in at 11am and everything was completed by 4pm. They removed a lot of the cat hair as well. It's important to note they weren't able to give me an estimate until they started to do the work but there was no way they could for the type of work they did. It's also very important that if you make an appointment to keep it with this company because they are very busy. They did an amazing job I couldn't believe they were able to do the work. They even called me back the next day to check and make sure I was happy with everything and made sure my husband was happy with the work too.

Light colored had some significant stains. One was the result of tracking oils from the vinyl floor in the adjacent room. Cleaning was very well done.Gave helpful advice. Very professional. .

They did a wonderful job on my oriental carpets and the rooms upstairs. The family room could have been a bit better but I have old carpets down there. Overall I was happy with the work. They called to follow up to make sure I was happy. They were very professional and really knew what they were doing!

The guys were outstanding in every way. The cleaning system was housed in their truck including water filtration and heating system. They went to great lengths to protect the hardwood floors and furniture when laying out out their hoses, etc. Wonderful job. Carpets and furniture were amazingly clean when they finished - never had a better job. Would definitely call them again.

He was very polite and informative. Thoroughly cleaned both chairs which had never previously been cleaned. After cleaning, chairs looked like new.

These guys are great. They came to the house as scheduled and reviewed 3 different cleaning options with us for the carpet based on their inspection of it (including a blue light). We decided to get all 3 of the cleaning options since we were moving into a new home and wanted to get as much dirt as possible. The carpets looked like new when they were done and they cleaned up any mess left behind from the cleaner and water. I would recommend these guys to everyone.

The team arrived on time and completed the job as requested. We had given them short notice as we were not sure when we would close on the house. They were very responsive and did an excellent job cleaning all the carpets before the movers arrived.

Jim and his son came out and cleaned our carpets in our basement. We had a furnace replaced, and the workmen made a disaster of our carpet, tracking mud in on top of a water spill that they had, and dripping flux on the carpet while welding pipes. Jim got all of the mess and stains out. Our carpet looks and smells beautifully clean. The smell after they were done was fresh and clean, not a chemical smell like other carpet cleaners. The carpet also dried very quickly, so that the room was usable again in a very short time. Jim and his son were very professional and helpful. They did a wonderful job. We will be using them again whenever we need carpets cleaned, and we would highly recommend them.

I corresponded with Jim initially via Angie's list messaging. He got back to me the same day and set up a time and day for estimate. Jim showed up on time and provided me with an estimate for requested services. I understood what was included in the estimate and what add ons might cost if so desired. I made an appointment for the cleaning the following week. Jim and his two sons arrived on time for the cleaning. They had new looking equipment that was clean and seemed to be in excellent working order. They went right to work and did not stop until complete. Whole process took about four hours. There are two dogs in the house. Jim made sure that he cleaned rug deeply and deodorized appropriately. House smelled fresh and clean when all work was completed. The bathroom tile hasn't looked this good in years. They were very professional in all phases of the work, from first email until final handshake. Jim even stopped back right away and cleaned an extra chair after I called him and told him we had missed stained area on one of the chairs we initially decided not to clean. He provided excellent advice on carpet maintenance going forward.
