Squeaky Clean And Dry

Squeaky Clean & Dry (SCD) did an excellent job cleaning all my carpets. I have two dogs and I foster a couple of additional dogs each year. Despite regular cleaning with a home machine, my 20+ year old carpets were looking worse for the wear, so I decided to hire professionals to clean them. I started by contacting two of the national companies, who I've used in the past and currently advertise $99 specials. After going through their bait and switch nonsense, that brought their price up to $200, I decided to give my business to a local company instead and contacted Squeaky Clean & Dry. The appointment was schedule for 2 days later. They arrived promptly at the scheduled time and were courteous and professional the entire time. Their price was in the same ballpark as the national companies' however, the quality of work was far superior, more thorough, and worth every penny. I plan to hire only Squeaky Clean & Dry to regularly clean my carpets going forward.

The job which included removal of red wine stains and heavy oak furniture to clean underneath was done quickly and professionally. We have used this firm before and they are the best. The job include spraying, scrubbing, vacuuming, cleaning, deodorizing and stain protector application. Technicians Lee Greenbaum and Pete Hayes are excellent. They do the job quickly and they do it well.

Great job! I have used Squeaky Clean at least 3 times in the past couple of years. They are very responsive, were able to come quickly, arrived on time and are very professional. I initially had them come to clean the carpets but I also had them clean the furniture and even the cushions for my outdoor furniture. I was very pleased with the results. I have a dog (who I adore) but unfortunately has some accidents and they are able to thoroughly clean carpets and remove any stains. I'll be calling them again soon.

It all went very well because Jim is so skilled and knowledgeable about getting rid of mold and killing the spores. He is also the most honest, sincere and trust worthy person that I have ever done business with-he is the best! I highly recommend him to anyone with mold problems, you will be as happy and impressed as me and my family!

It went really well. Jim and his crew were a pleasure to work with and did a great job. He also took the time to walk around our house gave us tips on how to prevent water seepage in the future which will save us a lot of money going forward.

I was very happy to find Jim and his business on this site. I had just reupholstered an antique couch and chair and was interested in protecting them, especially the white couch. He was very knowledgeable about various products used safely in the home, and his work was professional and thorough. I felt he was reasonable with his pricing, as well as forthright and honest, and was a pleasure to work with. I would definitely use him and his business again.

I called Squeaky Clean and Jim answered the call (no phone tag!). Speaking to the owner directly on my first call was my first clue that this would work out well. After discussing the project, I sent photos of various chairs so that he could assess the overall condition and provide me with an estimate ($58.00/Chair). After seeing the condition of some of the chairs, Jim suggested applying a protective finish. Given the heavy use of these chairs and investment we made in purchasing them, the small fee would further extend the appearance and life of the chair. Within 24 business hours, I had a estimate and we arranged for him to come to our facility to perform the service. We had a small window of opportunity for the work to be completed and Jim was very accommodating. Most of the chairs were lightly soiled but several were very heavily soiled and stained. Jim brought a variety of products with him and was able to bring all of them back to life. As a place of business, we required Jim and his staff to follow confidentiality guidelines so that they could work on site in an unsupervised area. He was understanding and completely professional. He quickly got set up in the work area. I checked in on them once and within about 2.5 hours, they were done and on their way. I would absolutely recommend this company for residential and businesses who are in need of upholstery cleaning.

Be sure to call your insurance company first and let them find a provider for you. It was Jims decision to work after 5pm, I would have preferred that he was here at 7:00 an and then charge "after hours fees". Always said one thing and did another. He did work hard, when he worked. He started with $2,000, then it went to $4,000. Then he called my insurance company and found out that I had $10,000 for water damage and another $4,000 for mold damage. He got everything while my repairs were three times the cost with all the work that needed to be done by other contractors. He called my mortgage company which he wasn't authorized to do. Items on the bill that HE DIDN'T do. I will never recommend him for water or mold remediation. He might do a good job clean carpets but he's massively over priced. He wanted over $700 to clean the carpet on the stairs, 3/4 of a room of carpet (part of it was wood) and clean a 4 piece theater seating. I got it done for $120 by another contractor who did a terrific job and didn't pad the bill. NEVER AGAIN. By working alone and not having the 2 or 3 helpers working full time like other restoration companies do he didn't find the water in an area that caused mold. He didn't find it.....we did. It had gone up the wall.

Jim and his crew are very reliable and did an awesome job during our move in and move out. We highly recommend this company. Very professional, friendly and flexible on the timing of our needs.

Very professional. They did a solid, conscientious job, but they "don't move electronics" so if you want them to get behind the TV stand, disconnect the TV and move it before they arrive. They ran hot water thru the line into the sink to make sure it was the optimal temp before starting work. Smart. I believe the gent was the owner... or at the least he certainly was invested in his work. My carpets were 11 years old and they made them look quite nearly new. I'm not sure about the premium paid vs. the 99$ deals you see but when I went to the online estimator for 2 National brands... the cost was within 25-50 bucks. I'd see if you could work a slightly better deal by paying cash or by check. se

Lee and Pete were very, very professional and provided EXCELLENT carpet cleaning services!!!! They were very informative of the process the were going to use, prior to my agreement to use their services. Once I committed to them, they were very professional (again) and cautious in moving furniture, throw carpets, etc.; additionally, they were very careful with the hardware flooring near these rooms. There is no odor with the process; carpets do not feel saturated like other cleaning companies we have used in the past. Carpets look brand new -- kudo's to Jim. the owner, Pete and Lee!!!

Excellent service Very professional, and courteous. Thoroughly explained what they were going to, and did exactly what they said. Took extra time on stains we never thought of even trying to get out, and they did. Well worth the investment.

Squeaky Clean did a wonderful job with our carpets. We had a significant cat urine problem in one room and they cleaned and treated that carpet for quite a while, and returned the next day due to lingering odors. This was taken care of quickly and completely.They also cleaned carpets in the rest of our home including some very old wall-to-wall carpet that looked good as new following the cleaning. The technicians were very polite and professional and stressed customer satisfaction. We would highly recommend this company.

It went great! My carpets were not that dirty but after they finished the job you could tell the difference, the carpets looked new and smelled fresh. I have used other carpet cleaners before but Squeaky Clean and Dry did the most impressive job I have seen. Their employees were friendly and courteous. I will definitely be using them again.

I had a red wine spill on the dining carpet and several spots on the rest of the carpet in the living room. Jim came to my condominium and took care of all the spills including the red wine. He was very professional, thorough and the carpet has never been cleaned more thoroughly and quickly. I would definitely recommend him.

They did the agreed services very nicely and quickly...also cleaned the retaining wall and patio. Beautiful work done quickly, will definitely use them again.

They got it pretty clean but they did not stretch the carpet out like they should have. We think they were very expensive for those 2 rooms but they did get the stains out of carpet.

I have nothing but positive things to say about Jim and his assistant. They were courteous, prompt, knowledgeable and respectful of my concerns. I recommend him to everyone! I have used plenty of other carpet/ furniture cleaning companies in the past - but now I found the one I will always use.
