They we very professional and what also came highly recommended from friends. In addition a local small business, not a large chain. Description of Work: Thoroughly when thru the whole house and went over all the carpets in every room and discussed what he would do. They checked the carpets for dog urine and other stains. Noticed that one room had wool carpet so used different cleaner and machine on it. Discussed a price and right there and then they cleaned all the carpets with these incredible machines. Used large fans to help the drying process. Always covered their shoes with shoe covers so they didn't track in dirt from the outside.

 + 0 moreThis was the most amazing carpet cleaning service I have ever used. The owner, James, arrived on time and was very professional in appearance and demeanor. He was very detailed and worked meticulously to remove every spot on the carpets. The products he used for cleaning did not have a chemical odor and the house smelled so fresh and clean when he finished. James spent all day making sure that every bit of our carpeting was free of stains and odor, which is a big deal with a 4 cats, a dog, and a toddler in residence. Even better was his ability to see spots that I could barely see. After his visit I was confident that all of the stains were gone. I am thrilled to say that the spots he treated didn't come back as they often do with budget carpet cleaning. I will have him over again soon since my toddler has discovered juice boxes and created all new stains!

He was very easy to work with and very detailed about what he would be doing. The work was awesome and they made my house look like the carpets were brand new. Will definitely use again!!!
