We were moving from out of state and wanted carpets cleaned ASAP. I called Squeaky Clean before we left our old state and Jim was pleasant and professional. On the day of the scheduled appointment he arrived on time, was pleasant and professional, explained options without pressuring us into higher cost options. He was efficient--the right mix of friendliness and getting down to business. He proceeded with cleaning and when he finished we were very happy with results. we've already booked him to come back to clean our upholstered furniture when it arrives.

edges and corners might have been missed or given quick once-over -- still can see dirty areas there.

Squeaky Clean has now cleaned my carpets twice and there is no-one better. They always look brand new after they are cleanedand stay that ways for months. They got stains out that other carpet cleaning companies told me were impossible to remove. My tile and grout look brand new as well. They are very professional, flexible and punctual. They are not the cheapest but well worth every penny for great looking carpets. Squeaky Clean is aboslutely the best carpet cleaning company around in my opinion.

Jim and his assistant were very personable and professional guys. Explained all that was being done. Sectional had never been cleaned just vacuumed in 20 years ...same for larger karastan. Early on, other cleaning organizations had refused to clean sectional, but I see no problem with the results Jim achieved... No watermarks. The karastan rugs are now more vibrant. If pet residue was causing some of the discoloration, it is now gone.they used an ultraviolet light to discern any urine locations. Glad I found Jim's business on Angie's List. I can highly recommend.

The carpet is heavily traveled and has survived 5 kids and several dogs and a husband. Jim managed to get my one room looking almost like new!! That is very impressive!! Well. We did have one scheduling glitch, but owner was super responsive and responsible. We chose Squeaky Clean because of the in depth answers to all questions, thorough knowledge, recommendations from Angie's list and price was surprisingly low. Previous cleaners were more expensive and took more time. Jim is very easy to work with.

Jim first came to us to estimate the job which included cleaning 2 large sets of carpeted steps and 3 rooms on the 2nd and 3rd floors. He was prompt to his appointment and very honest about what he could do with your 15 year old carpets. He scheduled us in within 2 days of calling him to help us meet our deadline. I was very impressed with how hard they worked on the job. He and his crew worked some spots over and over until they were satisfied. Considering the age and color (off-white)of the rugs, they came up looking much better than I has expected. Our real estate agent was also impressed with how good they looked.

We were so happy with the results. The previous owners apparently hadn't vacuumed much, if at all, in 3 years. Jim squeezed us in after much back and forth, scheduling and rescheduling on our end. We changed our appointment 2-3 times and Jim was able to accommodate us each time due to the settlement scheduling of a bank we were dealing with. He came the afternoon of our settlement and handled the house. Immediately after he came in and finalized our estimate he started. It was at that time we discussed him cleaning our kitchen and laundry room floors. We had to leave and he cleaned our carpets and floors and locked up after he left. We arrived the next day to beautifully cleaned carpets - in some cases the carpets looked new! Our kitchen floor was completely clean with all marks and stains removed!! Jim called the very next day to follow up and see if we had any questions. He was very polite, friendly and professional. Jim only uses environmentally friendly products and takes great pride in his work. I will highly recommend Squeaky Clean and Dry to friends and family and anyone else looking for carpet/floor cleaning services.

They arrived within the time window we'd arranged and reviewed the work to be done. After giving me a price, they began work. At first I thought the price was a little high, but I decided to have them do this work. It had been some time since I'd had the rugs cleaned, and I figured if they could do a good job, it was worth it. And it was! Jim was there with one other worker. They were both efficient and professional. The process was surprisingly quiet and fast. The results were terrific and the rugs were dry in a few hours. I was extremely pleased with their work. I would definitely recommend this service and I'll use it again.

.I will call Squeaky Clean and Dry FIRST next time we need the carpets/furniture cleaned and recommend Mr. Richardson highly. He was very professional, explained what products he was using and why, placed furniture up on blocks to protect the furniture and the carpet while drying, and did a very thorough job. On time and communicative throughout the scheduling process and easy to reach. While at first, I fretted a bit about the price, I must say that I certainly got what I paid for, which was top-notch service and quality.

We had not had any of our carpets cleaned since we moved into the house almost 5 years ago. We have a large dog that shed and tracks in mud and dirt occasionally, there were small stains in some rooms which we had been unable to remove, so we decided to try a professional carpet cleaning company. Using Angie's' List, I contacted Squeaky Clean and Dry. They came out within a day to look at the carpets, discuss their recommendations for doing the best job, gave us several pricing options depending on what we wanted done. We hired them to do the work they following week. Jim (the owner) did all of the work himself. He first pretreated all of the areas where there were stains or very heavily soiled areas, then cleaned each room thoroughly, and applied a prevetative coating to the most heavily used areas to restore their stain resistance and make them easier to keep clean in the future. He did an amazingly good job. The carpets look far better than I had hoped they would. We could not be more satisfied and will definitely use them again in the future. Since I have not had similar carpet cleaning done in the past I do not know how his prices compare to others....what I do know is that I feel I got a really fair price for the work that was done. I would not hesitate to pay that much again for the quality of work I received.

Late in the day we were moving paint products from our garage to the basement for storage. During the move an unopened quart of paint fell and spread paint all over a fairly large area of new (8 mo old) carpet. We called Jim and at 7PM he came to our house and started to work. After 2 hrs and the use of every tool in his toolbox, Jim had all of the paint cleaned up. It was amazing. We can't thank him enough, one, for coming all the way from another job in Wilmington De so late and, two for doing such a great job. We will use Jim again and tell all are friends to use him.

I've used a number of other Angie's list providers over the years and this service left the carpets and furniture cleaner than anyone so far! Excellent excellent job!Jim arrived on time, explained the different processes he would use based on the types of carpet and did a super job in a timely fashion. I will certainly recommend him and use the service again.

everything overall was fantastic. My job was simple clean living room carpet and stairs. Looks great and they were dirty with a lot of pet hair. Would recommend to anyone. The service was a little bit pricey but he gave excellent service.

I found Squeaky Clean & Dry online, checked them out on Angie's List, then sent an email through the contact form on the company's website. The owner, Jim Richardson, returned my call the same day and scheduled an appointment for the following week. He called when he was on his way, arrived on time, and walked through the house with me to evaluate the carpets and talk about trouble spots, high-traffic areas, etc. He was very personable and professional, and he did a thorough job, especially on the stairs, the area rug in the foyer, and an area of persistent dark spots outside our upstairs hall bath. I have three boys under the age of 10, the carpets are eight years old, and it had been over a year since we'd had them cleaned (the carpets, not the boys), so I wasn't sure how clean he'd be able to get them, but it's been over a month since the cleaning, and they still look great! All dark spots are gone. I rated the price a "B" because I didn't think the pricing was as clear as it might have been on his website. I originally responded to a link on the site for a $169 or $189 whole-house special (something in that range - I can't remember the exact numbers). I ended up paying much more once he got here because I upgraded from the "maintenance cleaning" to a deeper cleaning and added services like the area rug and a wear guard for high-traffic areas on the stairs and hallway. It seems like he really evaluates on a case-by-case basis, but in retrospect, I wish that I had asked for a price sheet or some other information to explain the difference between the internet offer and the services I paid for. Bottom line: I am extremely happy with the results, and I would hire Squeaky Clean & Dry again.
