They came out and were very prompt and efficient. They were extremely thorough and I was very pleased.

We were first introduced the Richard's service when another service (a lone proprietor) abruptly folded and left town. Richard came to our house to survey our needs and define the service we would receive. He was as particular as we are in making sure there were no misunderstandings. From their first visit, they've done a terrific job for us. They are regular and punctual. I would also consider them very trustworthy. On top of a good thorough cleaning, most every visit there's an extra added service thrown in. One time they swept out my garage. another they cleaned out the fireplace, once they polished some silver, and another they cleaned the windows, etc. We have a standing appointment the same day every other week, but Richard will allow you to change as necessary. Also he calls ahead if he needs to adjust schedules for holidays, etc.
