 + 0 moreThe service went well. Plumber was punctual and courteous. No mess and I got the use of my kitchen sink back. Happy customer!
Description of Work: Kitchen drain was clogged and they got the job done. It cost a bit more than I had hoped, but not overly pricey. It actually did take a long time to run a machine to get to the clog which was in my pipes outside of the house. All in all not bad for the only drain cleaning service I have needed in 25 years.

 + 1 moreeExcellent. I called Jim about 9P.M on Sept. 28, and he called called me back at 9:00 A. M. the next day, He agreed to fix my problem that afternoon, and arrived right time. The guy whos name is on the sign and on the truck is the guy who does the work. He had all the equipment and, most importantly, the knowledge required to clear the two drains. He put down protective cloths to keep my floors from getting dirty or damaged, got right to it, and completed the work in a timely fashion. Jim is also a very pleasant and engaging man. I enjoyed talking with him and he did not mind that I did so while he was working. If you ever have a need for a plumber, I'd strongly recommend Jim E. Malin's Plumbing and Heating. Mine was a very pleasant experience, and the drains work great now !

 + 0 moreJim was prompt, professional, honest and his prices are fair. On the washing machine spigot alone he saved me $500 compared to what one of the large plumbing services in the area tried to rip me off for.
Description of Work: Jim Malin's plumbing did two smail jobs in my home in the summer and fall of 2013. One was to replace a rotten gasket in my tub vent line, and the other was to replace the hot/cold faucet on my washing machine.

Description of Work: Previous "plumber" had installed garbage disposal incorrectly so performance and "mess factor" was significant. Mr. Malin sent a plumber when promised after discussing the problem in detail with me by phone. His company had come with high recommendations from a friend who also lives in hockessin.
