+ -1 moreHad a sprinkler system installed last fall and new seed put in, we had the system winterized shortly after. Paid for the installation but never received an invoice for the winterization and assumed it was part of the install since they were both completed before the end bill came. Just now recieved an invoice via email 6 months later only because we cleaned out the junk mail folder. Not very professional to send invoices via email and especially not follow up at any point after being past due. I've always received a paper bill/invoice from a company for their work and that's been delivered via mail or in person at payment. Our last final invoice (or so we thought) was even mailed to us. Kind of sketchy to only now receive the emailed invoice. Their work is ok. The grass came in spotty and we ended up having to put in 2500 sq ft of sod to fill the bare spots and the response is that we over watered it even though they set the system and we let it do it's thing. Customer service is poor and the price is too high for the quality in return. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

Description of Work: I had a builder credit with them so I had them do all my front landscaping. The landscape designer and staff was great, but the owner was a little pushy and didn't really listen to what I wanted. I asked for no hot pink and now I have a hot pink flowering tree in from that does not go with my house. They also don't give any warranty on there plants.

They had competitive prices, provided quality services and completed on time. The homeowner was pleased with the services and plans to use Precision for future lawn care and weekly maintenance.
Description of Work: Precision Landscaping and Lawn Care provided landscaping and sod for a new construction home. They also did the initial fertilization for the new sod.

Description of Work: My irrigation system was going off constantly. I called this company (about 1x for 3weeks) for someone to call me and/or come out and tell me why it was doing this. No one called, however, i noticed they must have come out because the irrigation system was reset. No word to me about how to prevent this from happening again. Then, without notice, I receive a bill for $75.00 for them coming out to reset the system. Then, they finally call me and were very rude and unprofessional by blaming me for not knowing how to work the irrigation system. I would not recommend this company. They are over-priced and don't deserve the any business.
