The work was of average quality with wood pickets bowing within weeks of being installed. Gate was not installed properly and sags. As these guys later said ......we are just farm boys who can make more money building fences......and their communication and comprehenion skills are non-existent They said they would correct the issues and months later they have not and said they have to meet with me first but every time I try and schedule something they are busy. I keep 15% of the remaining back until they corrected the work which should have been done months ago. After months of nothing, they demanded that I pay the bill or they will remove the fence. They will now not agree to correcting the issues.

It did not. I made several calls trying to get a quote and no one called back to come look at the job. Very disappointing since they had such a high rating on this list.

The company came out quickly and within 2 weeks in November had it installed in 1-2 days. The only negative was that we had called them to come back to sure up a couple of the stakes which were loose with some more sand but they never showed up. Not very good customer relations on call back.

Arcadia Fencing Inc were very customer friendly, had great contact and information, and were easy to work with. They provided quality lumber and installation. I had no problems with installation. Everything was adjusted or handled on site to work with the lay of the land.

Arcadia Fencing Inc. They did a great job, they came and they always do, they always when they tell you they are going to be here they'll be here, they get the job done, they do an outstanding job.
