He never gave us the cover we paid for, the chemicals we paid for, and he never closed the pool. He never called us back when we contacted him to try and see when he was going to close the pool and put the cover on, but he would never call myself or my neighbor back.
Description of Work: I hired them to install an inground vinyl pool.
