Terrible experience with this company! Bought a kit to install garbage and shower enclosures. Told it would be ready for pick up in a week. Went to pick up and not done! Came back next day and still not complete. Was told it was ready and staff was putting things together as we were loading…so much was missing including doors and hardware. Back and forth again and we finally asked for our money back. Extremely unorganized

Wanted to give a shout out to Backyard Works, particularly Josh for handling a "warranty replacement job" on lighting that was installed in 2021...the light fixture was not working..Josh came out to my residence accessed the "bad fixture" and replaced the light within 6 days..Josh is knowledgeable and cares about the work he does...Just want to say Thank you to Ryan, Josh and his Backyard Works crew...Customer service is refreshing!!

We had 2 installations at our house - fence for the back yard and a railing for the front porch. The fence was installed by Chris and Guy. Their attention to detail and approach was exemplary. They kept me updated and were a true pleasure to deal with. The railing for the front porch was installed by Josh who did a great job. Fun fact about Josh. We are part timers and a severe storm was scheduled within a couple of days. Josh went around our house and put all the things that could blow away, or tip over, in our garage. So kind!! Lastly, hat's off to Jared. He professional through and through. We highly recommend Backyard Works!
