+ 1 moreIt was great. She's reliable, professional, knowledgeable and creative. She also put a winch in my attic so I can raise and lower things in the attic without having to go up and down the stairs. Excellent. It turned out perfect. I'm waiting to call them to come out again to do some more work.
Description of Work: They put in a window. They changed out some decorative plants in my yard, put in floor outlets and did a number of things.

+ 0 moreMichael has a wealth of knowledge and experience regarding repairs, installations, etc. He is property manager for several Band Bs/rentals in the area and I believe can fix just about any household problem. He is always prompt, friendly and his prices reasonable. So far, in the almost two years I have lived here he has installed a window in a den, changed out the stained glass in the double doors in the entryway, repaired a large hole in the woodwork in the sunroom (cut for the previous owner's large TV), installed an electric pulley in the garage attic so that I can easily bring things up and down from storage. I highly recommend him.
Description of Work: I have had The Menagerie, aka, Michael Phillips, do several projects around my Lewes home. The last instance was when my garage door wouldn't shut. After spending several hours reading the manual, trying to fix it, I decided to call Michael. Sure enough, in no time he was able to figure out what went wrong with the programming of the door and fix it.
