 + -1 moreExcellent service. It exceeded our expectations. She clearly thought of options we had not thought of for the new setting. She is thoughtful. A good listener. Takes excellent notes. She wants to figure out exactly what you want to accomplish in the new setting. She takes all your "wish list" items into consideration. She has been working in interior design for about 40 years. This is just one of the services she offers. She is a good communicator. She is not pushy...she helps you thoughtfully to review options. She responds to phone messages promptly. She was on time for all appointments. She completed the job in a timely fashion. We were highly satisfied.
Description of Work: Nancy Conklin Interiors...has a service to help couples "downsize" from a bigger home to a smaller home...example over 55 housing. She visits the existing home, takes pictures and measurements of all relevant furniture. Then she visits the new home and takes measurements. Then she gives you....in very easy to read and view diagrams of the new home and possible furniture layouts. This helps you greatly in determining what you can take, what you need to discard, or donate to charity, and what you need to buy new. The entire process can be done in 4-6 hours. We were told about her service by other people who have used her services and found it to be extremely helpful.
