I have used another person for 2 years and since he changed jobs, I used them and they are okay. I liked their contract system which gives me free service and parts for one year; it works like an insurance or warranty. Instead of paying them $108 for each visit, they charged me $254 for the contract agreement. This guy seemed knowledgeable and he seemed okay.
Description of Work: I used Pep Up Inc for heating and AC repair services. Every spring and fall, I have them go over my whole air conditioning system and make sure that the air conditioner is okay to turn on and the same thing when I go back to switch on heater, I have them come over and see if everything is right and then I turn the heater on.
