+ 1 moreHis name is David Kincaid and he was wonderful. I pay him as I go. His responsiveness and punctuality are not perfect. I won't continue using him because I am moving.
Description of Work: I've used Kincaid Construction steadily for the last 3 years. He last did painting. He also mows the lawn every week.
