"Fantastic! James responded quickly to our call. He was pleasant and extremely knowledgeable. We needed an exterior vent cover replaced which was challenging because the old vent cover had cracked and was still attached to the inner duct. James did an excellent job. He removed the old cover and cleaned the area so that the new cover fit perfectly. Also, he noticed that the condensation hose to our HVAC system needed caulking, so he cleaned up the old caulk and applied fresh caulk - beautiful job!!!
