Adam is a very professional, young gentleman. His work is excellent and he always tries to work within your budget if you have to replace an A/C unit.

our tenant called us 4th of July to say her air conditioner was no longer working. My husband called Adam to schedule him to come out and look at and possibly repair the a/c. Adam offered to come right out, but my husband told him to wait until Monday. He arrived first thing Monday morning. After inspecting the unit he discovered a hole in the bottom of the compressor and informed us it couldn't be repaired. He gave us a quote for a new a/c which was very reasonable. He scheduled the replacement work for the next day, came and replaced it. He is very professional, polite, and honest. We are extremely happy with the service he preformed. Cape Climate will be the only heating and air company that we will use for home and our rental properties. we feel confident in recommending them to everyone. Excellent work and it was exactly the price he quoted, no hidden or extra charges.

Adam's initial visit identified potential problems to be detailed after a plumber did work to replace a corroded shut off valve. When the plumber was finished, Adam investigated the problem and provided a detailed estimate that included a description of the conditions that led to the problem. Adam and his co-worker arrived on time for each visit and explained all work to me before doing it, then showed me the finished work afterward. Adam also discussed options for whole house humidifying, benefits and drawbacks, with no pressure to purchase anything. Adam came highly recommended from two friends, so I did not get estimates from anyone else. A fencing contractor doing work on my house at the same time as Adam, also recommended him highly.

Cape Climate checks our system every six months. Arrives promptly, works efficiently, and is very pleasant. He does an excellent job. Once when we had an emergency he arrived that day within a few hours. We have used Cape for three years.
