+ -1 moreIt went very well. Bob Brooks was very, very helpful. Remained helpful even after home was completed. Thirteen years later he still returns my calls and offers to help and gives me advice. They did a great job installing my wood floor. High quality craftsmanship. A company with integrity. I've since had work completed by other contractors and now realize how great BP is. I should have hired them, but didn't think the jobs were big enough, so never called. Lesson learned!

Description of Work: B&P added a screen in porch and paver patio with gas grill and gas fire pit. Cost was competitive with other bids, quality of work very good. Primary reason for awarding bid to B&P was there responsiveness and attention to details. They were quick to answer any questions and when necessary always available to stop by to be sure any concerns where completely resolved.

+ -1 moreAll the work is done by subs not by family as stated. Things were not done as stated in our contract and we were not treated as customers, calls and emails not returned. We have not even received 1 single follow up since moving into our home.
Description of Work: They built our house and so much went wrong from the simplest things to major.

+ -1 moreThey build a house for you, but he had a personal relationship with the bank and he knew all our finances. Once during our dealings he raised his voice and talked to me like a child. I did not like that. I felt uncomfortable. There was a lack of professionalism. He gave me a reasonable quote, but we were trying to go cheaper at the time.
Description of Work: I considered using the services of Brooks & Palmer Builders. I got an estimate or building a house.
