+ -1 moreContacted contractor & we agreed to meet. He did not show and did not contact me back within 4 days. I contacted him again & we again agreed to meet. We did meet (he was late) & discuss the job. I emailed photos + sketches + property survey plat + detailed descriptions & measurements. After not hearing back from him for 1 week, I contacted him & he stated he was almost done the estimate, but the next day he came back and said he would not be able to do the job. All of this took 22 days, 2 - 300-mile round-trip drives by me to meet with him, plus a number of back-and-forth emails. All for nothing. Needless to say, I wouldn't recommend him.
Description of Work: Landscaping improvements of 2 grass areas totaling 500 sq ft, concrete installation totaling 300 sq ft, moving an 8 ft x 8 ft shed by 4 ft.

+ 3 moreIt went very well. Boni was recommended to us and he was so professional and helpful when we met that we did not ask for quotes from other companies. He did not disappoint. The only delays were due to delays with raw material suppliers. Once the work began, the crew worked incredibly hard and cleaned up after each day’s work was completed. Boni was responsive to all questions. We plan to continue hiring him as we decide on additional landscaping and yearly clean-up.

+ -1 moreBoni Ramirez was timely on visiting and providing a price quote. The project start was delayed a few day, which we expected as it was a small hardscape project. Much more timely than any other lower Delaware hardscape contractor we contacted in the past. We would use this firm again.

Description of Work: They have been doing landscaping for me for 10 years. They have put in a patio, sprinkler system, pavers, and fencing. They mow the grass in the summer and also trim the trees.
