 + -1 moreGood communication. I knew what they were going to do and when. The driveway looks good and there was no excess that ended up on the sidewalk or on the lawn.
Description of Work: I have a large driveway that had not been resealed at least since I bought the house 3 years ago. In addition, I just had an addition and renovations made to the house which mean the driveway suffered through the staging of lumber, dumpsters, and use by treaded vehicles. I needed it cleaned up and resealed.

Bayside was less than half the cost of the 2 others, yet upon reviewing the estimate especially the type of sealcoating used, a rubberized coal tar emulsion, I opted to go with Bayside. It took some time for them to schedule a date for application, but this was a good thing, because we were in a wet period and them seemed sensitive to the weather. They called the day before and the day of the visit to alert us they were coming. We weren't home at the time, but the work was done, the area was left neat and orderly. They billed us a few days later. I woruld definitely use them again and recommend them to neighbors.

 + -1 moreWhen we called to get the estimate they promptly came out to understand the scope of the project. On the day they were scheduled to come out they arrived promptly and completed the job efficiently and neatly. The results are spectacular! Our driveway has never looked so good. They told us we would get a reminder postcard in 3 years to have the driveway sealcoated again. I would highly recommend this company for any asphalt needs.
