A&R Environmental is a locally owned company that services all of Delmarva's residential communities and commercial properties. We service from the Bay Bridge to the Inlet Bridge and from the Top of DE to the Top of VA. Our team provides mold removal services and emergency water losses from broken pipes to flooded basements and more. Our Services also include Air Duct Cleaning, Air Duct Sealing and Carpet Cleaning. We "ARE" here 24/7 to come to your aid and relief for all your water and mold damages. A&R Environmental follows the IICRC S520 Standards for Professional Mold Remediation and the IICRC S500 Standards for Professional Water Damage Restoration. Our team holds several related certificates and certifications, such as, IICRC Water Damage Restoration, ACAC Microbial Remediation Supervisor, and OSHA Mold, Mold Prevention & Mold Remediation, ASCS and NADCA Members. We believe and follow the industry's code of ethics that all mold related work should be evaluated by a third party qualified Indoor Environmental Professional (IEP) before any work is performed to provide a protocol to follow, as well as, returning after the work is performed to provide a post remediation verification. Having a third party unbiased evaluation brings you piece of mind that "the mold is gone" within natural limits, as well as, that you're not being overcharged for unnecessary work above and beyond what is actually needed. We understand that water and mold damages can be stressful, but don't let it be a nightmare.
