Within minutes of searching for this service, I received a call from Al with Vivid Colors Restoration to further discuss my needs. The appointment for an estimate was scheduled the very next day and the service was completed 2 days later. My request was to have carpet stretched in 3 bedrooms. Upon viewing the project Al suggested that he would stretch the carpets and that he could also shampoo all three rooms for a very fair price. This job took approximately 2 hour from start to finish and the young man that came to complete the work was prompt, polite, professional and very courteous. They even told me that they would move the furniture as needed and put it back in place. I am very pleased with the end results and am grateful for the service that was provided. It is a rare occurrence these days to not only find a qualified contractor who shows up and does the work that was requested in a timely manner, but to also have the cost be affordable. They stretched and clean the carpets, which were badly stained, in my wifeâ s deceased stepfather. They were early, courteous, thorough and great to deal with. We will use them again!

They did a phenomenal job on my carpet. There were several stains that I was worried that were not going to come out but they did. And the service didnâ t take long. Plus they had the house smelling very good.
