 + -1 moreInitial instllation wa good. Unfortunately follow up has been at best very frustrating. There are a number of outstanding issues that remain to be addressed but unfortunately Mr Williams has not provided a schedule for addressing these issues and currently I have been unable to even get him to return a phone call despite having called him repeatedly.

 + 0 moreOn 3-25-13, I contracted for a new cement driveway and walks. At that time , contractor stated that he would start the job approximately the end of April. To date (6-10-13), the job has not even been started, and he has not communicated with me at all!!! There has been no communication since the day I signed the contract and no one has showed up!!!
Description of Work: The contract called for removalof old driveway and walks and replacement with cement ones

 + -1 moreFrank was very responsive and made several great suggestions for our project before we settled on what we wanted. We loved that he gave us an estimate right on the spot when he first came to assess the job. He did a wonderful job pouring a large square driveway for us with a brick border to match our old brick walkways. His price was good and the driveway looks great. Frank is an honest, competant, straight-shooter who knows his craft very well. We definitely recommend him.
Description of Work: Romoved a gravel driveway and poured a concrete (exposed aggregate) driveway with brick border in it's place.

concrete driveways
 + -1 moreMy neighbors have noticed that Frank returned at least once a year to review the work without my calling him. I recommended him to my next door neighbor for a new driveway. I should add that I am VERY picky about who works on my house. I do almost all my own plumbing, building, repairs and installs because I am "frugal" and very critical.
Description of Work: Frank was very detailed and provided excellent feedback as we moved toward completing the project. He removed my old asphalt and stone driveway, front walkway and side walkway then poured a concrete one with reinforcement bars. I asked for a stone "look" for the finish and Frank added extra details like curves and white expansion strips that matched my home. he sloped away from the house as well.
