I was advised today that this company no longer service my area. Just last year, I signed an annual water flushing service contract with them and no contacted me to say the company was downsizing in my area, and that they would no longer be servicing my area before my contract expired on 6/30/23. They did not give me the opportunity to ask for a referral or the opportunity to service my home prior to my contract expiring. I reached out to them last week and today because I did not hear from them about my service. I do not recommend this company given that they are not professional.

The gentlemen were polite, helpful, and completed the job in the amount of time they had stated. They were on time, worked till completion and gave helpful advice. Reliable and completed the job for the estimate. I will use them again!

Jack left pipe hangers cut and not replaced. Tried to charge double for a power assist toilet. And left pipes falling in the wrong direction causing a whole house blockage requiring 3 1/2 hours to unblock.

I woke up this Sunday without any hot water. Chesapeake Plumbing, Jack Lanier specifically, called me back within 5 minutes of my emergency phone call, was at my house a half hour later, and about 45 minutes or so after that, I had hot water again!!! Thank you for the wonderful service! You saved my Sunday!

Went great. They had to fix something on my water heater from Lowe's Home Improvement and that is how I got their name. They did a great job. Were honest and reasonable priced. They showed and told me what need to be done. I would recommend them highly.
