Burris Fences gave us a competitive price to install quality coated aluminum fencing. The initial job was perfect. However, after a year the finish on the fence was coming undone leaving some ugly spots. We contacted Burris Fences and the same day the owner came to exam the fencing his company had installed. He agreed that there was a problem with the finish and told us who to contact at the manufacturer and he told us he would stand behind us. We contacted the company and sent them pictures. They contacted Burris Fences to ask them to confirm our complaint. Burris Fences did so and the company shipped replacement fencing. Burris Fences very soon replaced the corroded fencing and did so without any additional fee, despite the fact that the guarantee only paid for the new fencing. Burris Fences showed the best that any construction company can do. They not only helped us with the manufacturer, but refused payment for removing the corroded fence and replacing with a new one. We recommend Burris Fences, a locally owned company, to anyone interested in installing a fence, railings or kennel.
