"Highly NOT Recommended! I have used Delaware Plumbing Professionals more than once. The first time, although not inexpensive, the job was done well. The second time, I called them to diagnose a problem with my sump pump. The pump was only one year old and was malfunctioning. I was told that, since they didn’t install the pump, the only option they could offer was to install a brand-new pump, which would cost around $2,000. I said, "Thank you," paid $65 for the visit, and that was it. The pump was later fixed with a simple tweak. Today, I called them for the third time to look at a leaking shower and a leaking garbage disposal. I was informed that to change the leaking gasket at the top of the disposal, they would charge me the price of a full disposal replacement, which is over $450, for less than one hour worth of work (I asked). As for the leaking shower, even though I clearly identified the leaking plunger (a $20 part), I was told they couldn’t address it and could only offer a replacement of the entire shower valve inside the wall, which I assume would be a job costing a few thousand dollars. Wasted another $65 for their useless visit."

"We recently hired Clarksville Construction to handle a remodel of our master bathroom. Our sales rep, Keith, spent a great deal of time with us working through the changes we wanted made, offered helpful suggestions and worked toward arranging the specific time frame we needed to have the project done. Our project manager, Gene, made sure the project started on the day requested and kept progress moving forward so that everything would be completed timely. Madelin in the back office was very helpful in getting the specific items we wanted ordered and Patrick made daily (sometimes multiple) trips to the house delivering any materials the crew needed to get the job done – always with a smile on his face. Francesco had his crew arrive on time (if not early) every day they were scheduled to come by; and he made sure any corrections that needed to be done were taken care of. All projects have challenges, ours was no different. But the real difference was how quickly any question or concerns we raised were addressed and resolved. The hot water heater leaked and flooded my home causing mold, almost a week of no hot water and no compensation. This year, 4 years later and still under warranty, they misdiagnosed issues with the Lennox Thermostat they installed and then proceeded to charge me FOUR TIMES... Yes FOUR TIMES for service calls... Their ‘customer service’ is awful and the women who work there are completely inept... STAY AWAY!!!"
