Weaver's Construction just finished installing a metal roof on our house and I can't say enough good things about this company. From the first meeting with Vernon Weaver we were very comfortable with him. Vernon brought a very nice portfolio for us to look at and he answered all of our in depth questions and concerns. Once we decided to move forward we were on the work schedule and our roof was started in just a little under 2 weeks. We're very picky customers and Vernon and his crew were definitely up for the challenge of my perfectionist hubby. The crew takes great care and pride in the work they do. They take their time and make sure things are done right and any questions or concerns we had during the process were answered and addressed to our liking. When the guys left each night our property was cleaned up as if it were the last day on the job, very nice having such a conscientious and respectful crew working on our home.

The contract negotiation was very professional. Mr. Weaver, the owner, took personal charge of the project.
After removal of the old shigles, the underlying plywood was fully inspected. Select portions of the plywood were removed and new exterior (roofing grade) plywood panels were installed. Mr. Weaver also came up with a rational design for the existing flat roof portion to improve precipitation runoff. His staff worked diligently and completed the job in quick time despite some rain events.
Mr. Weaver also applied for appropriate city permits prior to start of construction. Every day the crew worked, they cleaned up the work area .The flashing around the chimneys were installed correctly to prevent any problems.
Mr. Weaver personally inspected the finished job and provided the letter stating that the metal roof was installed in accordance with the manufacturers directives and procedures. He assured us that he would take care of any problem, if one should arise.
