Updated version to include responsiveness grade, and expanded description to include fact that numerous calls, emails and visits necessary to initiate action.
Description of Work: Development realty salesman did not disclose this was a model home. Builder made future changes to same type of home after presented with a list of problems and suggestions. Amish built framework satisfactory. Other contracted services: sloppy craftsmanship; poor interior quality, fit and finish. Poor, illogical design throughout, but not realized until after move-in. Numerous problems corrected by builder throughout 1 year warranty, only after repeated calls, emails and visits to development office. Sinking driveway corrected after 1 year warranty after we insisted a driveway should last longer than 1 year. Will never recommend this development to anyone.
