R A Padilla Contracting Inc

We received Mr. Padilla's name from a neighbor who used him. We left a message for him on a Thursday and received a return call the same day. He stated he could be out at 0800 the following morning. When he had been at our neighbor's house, she asked him to look at ours, and he already had an estimate. He arrived a little later than he'd stated, but not by much. When he arrived we asked him to drive a nail near the peak of the garage for use with Christmas lights, as no one in our household could quite get that high. He did that with no change to the estimate. Mr. Padilla was efficient and friendly, talking with us while he worked at setting up his tools and answering questions. We left for work before he was finished, and when we returned the job had been completed and everything cleaned up. the new work looked great. We were very satisfied with the experience.
