Technician was on time, friendly, and knowledgeable. Was able to diagnose problem and replace faulty circuit breaker. Charge for labor was expected ($175/hr) but charge for replacement breaker was very steep in my opinion. Replacement part is $8 in store, was charged $168. I guess the $168 could be chalked up to paying for the knowledge that it was the problem, but to me that seems like what the labor charge should be for. Wouldnâ t consider it an emergency replacement either. Oh well.

No call no show. At the end of the day, he called to tell me he did not have the right equipment to do the job after he looked at it 2 weeks prior. Waste of my time and causing safety issues for my coworkers.

Tony came over on time as scheduled and did exactly the job I needed done. He created a cable and electric switch right behind the tv that I had hung on wall. He followed code and even rehung huge tv afterwards! He is highly professional and appropriately meticulous. I recommend Tony and his company.
