Chris was so knowledgeable and helpful and always available for our avalanche of questions. He started work immediately and his concern was first and foremost for our safety and health. His two workers were fantastic, paying attention to every detail with such care, cleaning up every step of the way, courteous, treating our home as if it was their own. Chris takes care to keep you informed every step of the way. I would highly recommend this company without hesitation in the least. He is also priced fairly, and worth every penny. The contractor he works along with,, Clay, is equally as wonderful. A craftsman in his own right. I hate that we needed this service but I am so grateful to find this company. Thank you Chris!

Great and reliable

Excellent job from start to finish. Found out we had mold in our crawlspace when our heat pump quit. Chris explained thoroughly the whole process of mold removal and encapsulation, and what we needed. He answered our phone calls immediately or called us back right away. The project was finished in the estimated timeframe. The HVAC people who replaced our heat pump were impressed with the mold removal and encapsulation work that was done. Thanks, Chris!

Chris Kiker and his team are none other than outstanding in every respect. Never have I've seen people so dedicated to doing a perfect job and performing it with a great attitude, dedicated to work diligently with total professionalism. The team was here for a week, on time every day. Chris briefed me throughout the process so that I felt confident that they were making great progress each day on the job. I can say with complete confidence that not only would I hire them again in a heartbeat, but would also highly recommend them to anyone requiring Mold remediation.

Came to our house inspected , they started when they said they would . Did an amazing job cleaning all the mold ,removed drywall and insulation replaced it and painted the drywall .You can't see where the work was done . under the house cleaned all mold , put in a French drain to divert water to the sump pump , installed a dehumidifier . The crawlspace was copletely sealed . They cleaned up everything . Kriss is on top of every move . I would highly recommend them .

Chris and his team were not only professional, they identified and corrected several other issues not included in the scope of the proposal. As a mater of fact, Chris and his team found a water leak that had been running for several weeks. While they could not resolve themselves, Chris vast network of sub-contractors got me a reasonable, professional HVAC Professional that did the job. It is noteworthy to mention, none of the vendors or contractors even replied to my inquiry! Chris, and Biosphere jumped into action, found a contractor, and solution to getting our project done timely and reasonably! Thank You Biosphere Solution for an OUTSTANDING JOB!

Chris was professional and knowledgeable, discovered a leak plumber from another company missed under crawlspace. He spent significant amount of time with us to discuss crawlspace issues. His workers were on time, courteous, hard workers, and cleaned up everything. Chris provided plenty of before photos of issues, and photos of work done. Work was done in a timely manner and highly recommend this company. Chris stopped by every day to check work being done and talked to us too. Biosphere did an excellent job removing mold from the ceiling in my home. Chris, the owner, promptly came to provide a quote, which was very reasonable. The next day his crew came and worked diligently for several hours until every last bit of mold was gone. They were extremely neat and courteous. I couldnâ t have asked for a better experience.

I have never left a review for anything until now but this company is so great I have to. Fantastic company!! We had three different companies come and went with Biosphere. The owner of the company, Chris knows his business. He answered all our questions and explained exactly what he was going to do. He kept us informed. Him and his crew do remarkable work. We had an emergency, he came out on a weekend night, which we later learned that it was his birthday to help us. I cannot say enough praise for this company they show up,they are punctual and they get the job done!!

Owner and team were very thorough and conscientious. Maintained a clean and tidy workspace and took special care to preserve vintage qualities of home. Owner informed us at every step with clear and complete descriptions. Did careful work. We are very satisfied.

We experienced serious water damage from a second floor broken pipe that created wallboard wetness and staining in my dining room directly underneath. Chris Kiker and his Biosphere crew answered the call while working at another job on the other side of the county. He gave us an estimated ETA, explained the need to have the surrounding areas assessed ( potential for mold growth), and the actions he could implement immediately. He was here within a couple of hours, exactly when he predicted. He set up an industrial dehumidifier which immediately started drawing moisture out of the walls. He used a moisture meter to determine the extent of the problem so we knew exactly what we were dealing with and what would require repair. Chris was professional, knowledgeable, and extremely helpful with good information so you can make an informed decision about repair work once water remediation is complete. I highly recommend Biosphere, they were life savers!! I was able to get my dining room back together in time for company and the upcoming holiday . Thank you Chris and the Biosphere team!
