Secure Data Computer Solutions

I thought my computer hard drive was dead but I had removed it and hooked it back up wrong. I was lucky enough to have found Secure Data Computer Solutions on Angie's list and when I called them David Green answered the phone. I started to tell him about my issues and immediately he just started telling me what the problems could be and offering solutions, although I really wanted to bring it to him to fix it. I asked if I could bring it over and without hesitation he said yes. I immediately left for his office and when I got there he stopped what he was doing to work on my computer. He figured out why it wasn't booting up, then he figured out what was making a ticking sound and repaired it, then fixed a popup error message that always popped up every time I shut down the computer. Then he changed a lot of programs from automatically initializing at start up which caused it to take forever to start up. After just 1 hour my computer now starts up faster, no more clicking noise, and no more annoying popup when I shut down.Awesome service!

It was easy to schedule an appointment, an employee came on schedule, completed the work quickly, cleaned up afterwards, and charged a reasonable price. The employee also made sure everything was working properly before leaving.

David re programed my 3 in 1 printer , scanner , fax machine to my computer for a wireless connection. He did a great job. Will use this company again.

Called Secure Data and talked to Josh. He explained cost difference between bringing in computer and a service tech coming to house. Since I had back up problems and still needed to work on it, I chose house call. He was able to set up an appointment for 09:00 the next morning. Arrived on time and proceeded to trouble shoot system. Found that my backup hard drive was bad. Then worked through to eliminate other problems. Eliminating the popup message was toughest. He had to try several things before he found the cause. Total process was two hours. System is now operating like a new computer!

Everything was wonderful! I called 4 different computer shops to get estimates on removing a virus. Secure Data was the cheapest that I could find and our family had used him before. He has been in business here in the area for 26 years. He got my computer fixed and ready to go within 24 hours. He is very nice and easy to do business with.
