irrigation systems
 + -1 moreThey came out and told me that the irrigation system would be $2000, I had to put down a deposit for $1000. The weather had gotten a little bad and he said he would be out to start when it cleared up. Then when he caem back out he said I would need to have an electrical hookup and a well installed. I feel like this should have been told to me in the beginning. He also tried to overcharge me for the electrical hookup so I had someone else do it instead. After I had both installed I tried to get the m to come back out, and he said he was sick and that he would get back to me. he never has. he will not call me back and continues to lie to me. He has had my money for over a year now.

 + 3 moreProvided written estimate, did installation of patio including grading. Installed walls and entrance piers with gate. Did downspout with drain pop-ups, did edging and lighting. Cost seemed higher than other contractors, but work was outstanding and well. Worth it.
Description of Work: Patio with wall and entrance piers, edging on walkway, downspout with pop-up to drain away from house, lighting for deck with transformer, add stepping stones to lawn.
