George of ProcleanHSR did an unbelievable job! He first came in with a no cost analysis of our floors. He asked lots of questions on how we previously cleaned our floors. He is very knowledgeable about the floor cleaning process. He demonstrated this by kindly pointing out areas on our floors that had had been "Self" treated that had left what we thought was clean. He informed us that these were common mistakes that people make when using the typical over the counter spray or machines. On the day of his scheduled appointment he was punctual (Very Important). Once he turned on the floor cleaner, he went to work. Now I have to admit, some areas of our floors had some MAJOR spots, other areas I thought weren't so bad. In what seemed like hardly no time at all, George had our sanctuary looking like we had new carpet! The members of our church walked in the following service in TOTAL Shock! The carpet looked new and the fragrance of cleaned carpet just made the entire sanctuary look and feel simply fresh and breath-taking. I would highly recommend George of ProclenHSR for any home or commercial job. His professionalism, knowledge, and quality of work is exemplary!
