The ceiling fans weren't dusted, the baseboards and window sils not done.The tub was cleaned very nicely but the tile,faucets, And wood pieces weren't done.Really this was the same in every room only half done and held my wife and I up due to there lateness I'll never have these people back they are terrible
Description of Work: Merry Maids were supposed to clean my entire house as the rep said top to bottom including ceiling fans, baseboards, ect There website says the same thing what I got was not what I was promised both in my form and told by the rep.I was told by the rep that a team would come in the morning and stay all day to clean my house but what I got was people coming late and doing a sub standard job

+ -1 moreI must say that I was not impressed with Merry Maids. We had paid for them to come in and completely clean our house and when I came home that day, I was very disappointed. All of my bathrooms had dirty fixtures, the toilets looked as though they were wiped down with a dirty wet rag and the sinks were still dirty. Our ceiling fan was not dusted as they said it would be. Some of my furniture was not dusted nor were a hand full of my window sills. My kitchen appliances were not wiped down as promised and the top of my fridge was left dusty. My bathroom and kitchen cabinents were to be wiped down and they were not even touched. I called and complained the next day and they sent over people to correct the issues. But after that I was finding more and more things that were not cleaned properly. My kitchen floor was supposed to be swept and cleaned and it was still dirty as I wiped my floor after dropping something. I feel that for the price that we paid to get our house cleaned, we did not get what we were guaranteed. I will not use Merry Maids again.
Description of Work: Merry Maids were to come in completely clean all bathrooms from the sinks to the tubs and toilets. They were to clean all of the floors in my bathrooms and in my foyer and kitchen. My entire house was to be vacuumed including the stairs. All rooms were to be dusted along with the window sills. The kitchen appliances were to be wiped down along with my cabinets. My ceiling fan in my living room was supposed to be dusted as well.

+ -1 moreThe overall experience has been very positive and we are pleased with the results. We do feel that the cost of service is excessive and will probably compare prices with other competitive services, particularly if Flo becomes unavailable.
Description of Work: General house cleaning with special emphasis on certain rooms each cleaning. Includes dusting, vacuuming, and washing of kitchen and bathroom floors as well as sanitizing of sinks and toilets.
