+ 0 moreMark met us on time for the estimate, assessed the project and performed well when we contracted with him. He brought an assistant and they did a great job overall. The house is occupied by special-needs tenants who are not very orderly, and Mark worked around them with respect. Great outccome. We hope to use him if we have future electrical projects in this house or other properties.
Description of Work: We have an older home (100+ years) and needed some updates including installing a light fixture plus separate exhaust fan/light in bathroom, new 3-way switch on the first floor to operate 2nd floor hall light (we previously were not able to control the second floor from the first floor), etc. Additionally, the TV service providers had installed cable in the 4 bedrooms without fixed cable or fixed jacks and we wanted them to be safe and more consistent with newer homes,(interior and exterior) and Mark did that. Last, we needed to add a wall-mounted switch to existing ceiling fan/light in the kitchen (it was operated by a chain pull).. These were challenging projects in this old house due to plaster walls, location of other infrastructure, etc., and Mark did a great job. He worked within his estimate, and cleaned up nicely as he went along.

+ 0 moreMark and his staff were professional and willing to listen as we made changes in the work. They are a small company that concentrates on small to medium size residential and commercial work, They cleaned up after themselves and left our home in the same condition as they found it. Very reliable and is one of the few companies I would suggest letting work in your home without supervision. I am in charge of planning and construction for a large corporation and am responsible for millions of dollars a year in work, so am very familiar with what constitutes a good / bad contractor. They will not be the least expensive price you will recieve, but the mimimum additional cost will be well worth it.
