y water was down t drip. I canned for service at 7:30 am they answered and were very friendly and made sure they understood my situation. The service team arrived by 10:30 am that was amazing. They assessed the issues and as i expected it was my well pump. The gave me a price within minutes and much to my surprise didn't have to go get a pump but had one on the truck. After replacing it it was found that the water blatter was not working. had on of them on the truck also. The entire team was very nice and answered all my curious questions. Outstanding service! Called on a Saturday morning at 0845 and told them I had no water. Very understanding , They showed up approx. 1115am and installed a new pump in a couple of hours. Answered any questions I had. Easy to work with. Thanks Again.

I called in am on thanksgiving with no water csr on phone was very nice and asked me question bout what was happening ((she seemed concerned bout my problem )) and she told me she round up a crew and they be out within 2hrs. They showed up found problem fixed and also re checked my equipment under house that was attached to my well. And made sure before they left we were ok and had the pressure we should have. I recommend johns well drilling to all. Great people and company. U wonà ¢à  à  t be disappointed. Thanks guys.

The guys who came out were great. The bill was actually less than I had expected. There was a little miscommunication as to when they were coming out when I called and talked to the office, other than that my overall experience with them was great. If I have any other issues in the future with my well I will definitely be using them again.

From the first phone to the finished job I cannot say enough about them. They went above and beyond to get this done. I woke up one morning to my original pump running and then burning up. They were out with in 1/2 hour from my call. It was not an easy job for them what so ever but the way they tackled each challenge was amazing! CALL THEM no one else! They are nothing short of amazing!!!

i would recommend this company as a 5.0 . they were first class, professional , quality of work in every respect when they replaced our well pump and troubleshooting our problems. the cost was very reasonable considering they had to take out solid piping to the well pump. a first class company. i am 85 years old and was astonished as how well they traded me.

Didn't receive an invoice identifying well tank package ie Who made equipment, serial number etc Installers were professional prompt and courteous .

They explained why I did not need a new well and why mine was just fine and I appreciate their honesty. And they were right!

$925 for well pressure tank replacement was extremely high. A $350-400 WR-120 tank and $250-300 for a 30-45 minute job I would consider a fair price. They also did not even remove the old tank. Will never call them again. I'd rather take my chances with the Yellow pages.

Needed new well and submersible pump to tie in to my existing plumbing. John and his crew came a day earlier than expected and finished the drilling that day. A couple of days later, his crew came to finish the installation. Great company and super crew. Very knowledgable and up to date on new innovations. Most of all friendly, reliable and reasonably priced. Would recommend them to anyone!

John was excellent to work with. He actually came and tried to prime my pump the first day at no charge. He did an emergency well and ran into many problems with my property and the weather.Jjob well done and reasonably priced. Very happy.

Drew was very knowledgeable and me having a problem with priming the well pump that my original plumber did not know or think of, he backwashed the system by having a hose from the neighbor turn water on and hooking it between the water tank and jet pump to pump up pressure to the tank and once that was done, the water backwashed into the well (I think) and HURRAY, I had water.
