From top to bottom, left to right, I couldn't have had a better experience than I had with this company removing a tree from my front yard. The owner and his wife came out to give me an estimate and explain what would be done. Great couple, great price and the crew that came out to do the job was prompt, courteous and did an outstanding job. I highly recommend this company.

I vetted three companies (one other was a no call/no show). Mr. Ensley was professional, timely supplying the estimate, and the crew did a fantastic job. They even raked the dead leaves in the front and back yards.

Chris returned my call, came out when he said he would and did the work when he said he would! I appreciate being a business owner someone who does what they say they will do. He was very professional and cleaned everything up afterwards.

They said they could come the first week of May which worked well with our schedule. Then they started calling in April asking if they could come "today". It was explained to them several times that we weren't available on such short notice due to work commitments and needed to be on the property when the work was done. When the work was done, they came the first day, left the wood of the first tree saying they would take care of it when they came back. It was several days and several calls to them before they returned... they left the wood in front of a shed door blocking it so it can't be opened in lengths of over 6 feet. When they finally came back to finish the work (they had already been paid in full) Chris said they had under bid the job and he should have charged us $800 more. They left, leaving 6-10 foot branches and trunks of the tree in our yard, the shed door still blocked, they didn't trim the branches of the dogwood they had agreed to trim and mentioned to my husband that he had a chainsaw before they left.

Fantastic! They were very professional and cleaned up so well you could not tell a tree was ever cut down.

This group did an excellent job. One very tall tree was very close to house with limbs hanging on the roof. The three guys did the work in a very responsible manner and were very careful with no damage to surrounding plants, house, etc. They cleaned up and hauled everything away including blowing leaves and branches off the roof of house and garage. I will certainly hire them again and recommend them one hundred percent.

Chris the Owner returned my inquiry quickly (unlike others I had contacted) and set up a time for a walk around on my property to suit my schedule. I was immediately impressed with his professionalism and respect for me and the services I was requesting. He broke down each part of the job telling me how they would handle it, the complete cost involved and when they would return to complete the job. His team arrived promptly and went right to work. I had another appointment and felt completely comfortable leaving them to work through the day. When I returned home later that evening everything was done exactly as I requested and all areas were completely cleared of debris. Within the schedule promised, they returned to stump grind each of the trees and shrubs previously cut down. Each mound was neatly piled up in my front and backyard and the entire area left spotless from their work. I would highly recommend Ensley's Tree Care and will use them again for my future needs!
