Mr Yoder is very professional and did a completedthe project as promised For a reasonable price. I will definitely use him for any other repairs as it is very hard to find reliable and honest companies in this area.

Another excellent job by Mr. Yoder and his crew. He pulled up and removed an old patch-work deck and removed all of the debris and laid down and leveled a new 12' X 16' 2-level deck. He also built on-site, a small portico roof over our back door. My sister and I used Mr. Yoder last year for a roof fix and a new concrete sidewalk and we couldn't be happier with the outcome on both jobs. We will continue to use Mr. Yoder and his crew and we recommend them highly.

I originally called Eli Yoder Construction in March to get a quote for a roof repair and it was about 1 week later that he came out to the house to do the quote for the roof repair, while he was at our house, my sister asked him if he did concrete work, and he did, so we hired him to do both. The price that he gave us for both jobs was less than what we were quoted by other contractors just do to the roof work. Eli and his "crew" (his son) showed up on time and completed the concrete work and roof repair in a day and a half. Trusting a contractor is difficult, especially when you don't know them or they haven't been recommended by a friend or neighbor but my sister and I will definately use Eli again, in fact he has given us a "ballpark" price to do some additional work in the fall.

He came out to do an estimate with in 72 hours of calling him. His estimate was exact except for an extra $125.00 of hidden damage he found after he had removed the damaged siding. He had to wait on materials from his supplier, but once he got the materials he fit us in on a Saturday to ensure that the repair was done quickly to avoid any further damage from the weather. His men were professional --- he was here the whole time helping them --- he cleaned up 99% if the construction mess. Few small nails found several days latter. Seems very Honest and concerned about keeping customer happy in order to look for referrals and repeat business.
