"John, Owner at Delmarva Water Solutions agreed to come to my home to troubleshoot a 2-year old Ecowater water softener that he did not originally sell or install. When I reached out to Delmarva, the level of responsiveness was nothing short of remarkable. Within two hours of my initial call for assistance, John had returned my phone call and we were scheduled for him to come personally to inspect my system. On the scheduled day, John arrived exactly on time, and went straight to work, also being exceptionally communicative about his approach and thoughts as he went through his troubleshooting process. John clearly knows every nut and bolt of these systems. In the end, he not only was able to find the source of the issues I was experiencing but he also had all of the OEM parts needed to repair failed parts on his service truck, and also replaced all seals, o-rings and gaskets as well. Tom, the technician, was actually early for the appointment. He got done in less time than expected and took the time to familiarize me with the new unit. His work and his attitude were friendly and professional. He took the time to answer all my questions and I felt comfortable with his work. I will recommend Delaware Water Solutions to all my neighbors and friends and use them again if I have a need to.

The tank was filled with sitting water for months. Previous vendor could not resolve the problem. Our water had a metallic smell and our sinks, tub and toilet are badly stained, requiring constant cleaning. I called in the morning and a technician was able to come by that day. At first, the Delmarva Water technician, John, thought he would replaced a disc that costs about $45. But upon further investigation, he identified that the switch arm was the wrong size and was causing the problem. He tried replacing the switch with proper size and the water started draining immediately. He showed me exactly what was wrong. John was thoughtful, communicated very well and was in and out within an hour.
