I hav e know the family for years and always recommend them for any pest issue. Great service and reliability.

We received a recommendation from a neighbor. Called to make an appointment. The company didn't have an answering machine but Dan called back shortly after our call. We made an appointment for a few days later. The appointment time came and went without any communication from Dan. We called him twice more but never heard a word from him. Never again. If he doesn't care about getting new customers, so be it.

Telephoned for pest control due to mice. Talked to the owner "Dan" who said he'd call the next morning to tell me what time he would be out that day; he was supposed to be in the area already that day. He never called or showed up; I waited all day for him. I have used them in the past: The first time he did his job. A few years later I called back to have them come out, and they returned my call over a month later. I will not make the same mistake again!

They've done termite service in the past. His father had this service, and I knew his father for years. The first thing that put me off is that he didn't return my calls in a timely fashion. I feel that he should have said he was on his own now, and he's too busy. It made me feel he didn't have the time.
