It went very well. They replaced a part on the furnace.

They arrived on time and performed the service quickly and efficiently. They explained a number of items about the equipment since this is our first house with oil heat.

The technicians that serviced our furnace and replaced expensive parts that probably did not need to be replaced were not competent. It was also difficult to get billing issues resolved. The only way we received any satisfaction was after we filed a formal complaint with BBB. After that, we did receive compensation so we did not have to pay for parts that were unnecessarily replaced. I would never deal with this company again.

Was having difficulty with billing however they eventually responded to resolve my issue.

Techs are great. Quality product. Oil delivery is always on time. Their billing department leaves a lot to be desired.

Gave me a budget so I could pay every month.

Those who use oil for their heating these days wouldn't be too happy with their service providers because of fuel prices. They are great. They installed the oil burner I have now 11 years ago. It was a nice job. The oil burner and the boiler at the back looks nice. They were very helpful in fixing some problems with the old piping arrangement with the fuel oil. I am just really satisfied with them. I would rate them a little low on price and it is because of the function of the market price and I would not rate anyone high on fuel prices right now.

We went with them because they were a propane company. They're excellent. The furnace is well balanced and the heat is really good. We've been happy with them. They're willing to bend over backwards to please us.
