Description of Work: This guy stole money from me in the thousands. He was arrested but then released and placed on simple probation. Cannon Home and Business Improvements, LLC. I never got the home improvement and lost nearly $40K.

+ -1 moreBad...real bad. ROY LEE BROCK faces felony criminal charges in the State of Delaware. He is awaiting trial now for sentencing.
Description of Work: Roy Lee Brock owner of this company did not start or complete many jobs he was hired and paid to do. He was eventually arrested in Suffolk Virginia and extradited to Delaware to face criminal charges in court. Do not hire this guy for he is dishonest, a kniving thief and will gain your trust...then skip town on you. His day is coming soon for justice to be served. He says he is retired from the 82nd Airborne Division US Army and he says hes a man of integrity and good ethics and values. He is NOT! He's a dishonest crook with NO conscience, no moral values, and has already ripped off other clients that need home or business improvements. Home and business owners BEWARE and be on the lookout for ROY LEE BROCK the crook!
