Easy to work with

They answered my request within minutes. We went over the price on the phone and came to an agreement. They showed up on time and then we went over the work to be done as discussed over the phone. They in addition did a small section of house for the same price as quoted. They were professional and instructive. Deck was done too and looks great.

I thought they could have done a better job. The next morning I noticed a lot of Orange spots on my vinyl siding and had to call them back. They did come the next day. Not very professional.

The father/son team were very congenial and did a great job on our house, deck & porch. They appeared to enjoy working and just being together. Some areas were tougher to clean than others and some spots overlooked but they went back over them and made sure we were happy with their work before leaving. I will definitely hire them again. The work was done in a professional manner and the pricing was fair. The process is a low pressure type that doesnâ t harm the exterior but does use your water supply rather than a mobile water tank as Iâ ve seen used by others.

Pushy owner, who wanted to be paid for the job the included spraying a solvent and rinsing. A flat surface was better for sidewalks and driveway. Literally left the bottom lips of siding untouched. Hired another company to finish his job.

We hired Cali PowerWashing to clean both our siding and our patio. We were concerned that power washing might damage the finish of our patio. But Dan explained his process and how he would clean our patio while safeguarding the finish of the pavers. Everything looks great. We highly recommend Cali Power Washing.
