Description of Work: We have come in contact with Burns & Ellis in Dover, DE twice. First time was when we were relocating to DE from NJ and looking for a new home. Honestly, the residential experience was not so impressive and, of course, that was in direct relation to the realtor, Denise (dont' remember last name). The second time was about a month ago when we were looking for office space for my husband's practice. That is when we met Tom Burns. Big difference than our first time around. Tom was very knowledgable, honest and professional. He worked diligently to try and secure a deal between us and the building owner over several weeks. Unfortunately, the owner could not make a decision but Mr. Burns was great to work with and we would highly recommend him whether for commercial or residential real estate services.
