+ 0 moreThey were supposed to put in seamless gutters but they only put in half gutters. The work they did was terrible and now there are leaks. For the porch, they used construction nails, and now we have ot paint over them.
Description of Work: They did some roofing work, finished a porch, and put up some gutters.

+ -1 moreThey did a very nice job and they did it in one day. The only thing that I didn’t like was that I got an estimate for $600 and he wanted the whole $600 all at once. I told him I don’t do business that way. I gave him half before he started and I gave him half when he was finished. I don’t do any business with anyone who wants all their money up front. His workers were excellent. We liked the outcome and as soon as I told him I wouldn’t give him all his money upfront, he was okay with it.
Description of Work: Affordable Roofing and Siding built a set of stairs in my garage. The stairs go from the garage to the laundry room. He built the stairs with a 3’x3’ platform on top so when you step out of the laundry room there was a platform before you went down three steps down to the garage.

Description of Work: Examined roof for leaks, and indoors for signs of water damage. Provided estimate and said he would return following day to complete repairs. Arrived following morning on time and complrtrd work in reasonable, timely and professional manner. Exp-lained he woulf come back if needed to correct any problems.

+ 5 moreThey worked hard and fast. They have a five year warranty on all work done.(Just in case anything happens to the work done,but i don't think anything will happen.) In all the work done was great and I will be sure to call Affordable Roofing for any of my outside construction needs.
Description of Work: Affordable Roofing LLC built a deck for me. The deck has a ramp and steps and a roof above it.
