Description of Work: The Stanley Steemer technicians arrived on time and went right to work. They moved the furniture as needed.They gave extra attention to the carpet on the stair case. They worked as a team and concentrated on the task at hand. They were very professional and there was no talking or playing around. When they completed the job, the carpet looked great! I was so pleased that I gave each of them a tip and told them that I would have them come back to clean the carpet again next fall. |

Description of Work: They came when they said the would, did what they said they were going to do. Communicated openly, supportive, and effectively. Check in everyday. Called before they came out. Very sensitive to our needs and respectful of our home.

Description of Work: They came and steam cleaned the carpets. They did a marvelous job, the carpets are white and looked brand new. I was very satisfied since they were both prompt and did an excellent job.

Description of Work: Ad says $50.00 off full cleaning of air duct system. Old air handler was removed for replacement making duct cleaning easier. $ 50.00 coupon was not honored. Told tech I would give poor review. Said he did not care. Stay away.

Description of Work: I just wanted my basement rug cleaned... Before I knew it, the guy was adding on different services. What started off as a 350$ service turned into a $1000. I blame myself for not demanding a written estimate everytime he opened his mouth... In the end, once the rug dried a day or two later, it doesn't look all that much better. Just be careful. They are very good at selling you what you don't need and making it sound as if they are doing you a favor. I learned my lesson the expensive way!!

Description of Work: The crew worked efficiently and carefully and completed the work as expected.

Description of Work: Cleaned carpets, rugs and runners on three levels. Did not spend enough time on spotting, and time spent altogether not adequate to do a thorough job. VERY HIGH pressure to do extra spotting and stain treatment, both thought to be included in telephone-quoted price. Very polite and pleasant young men providing service, and once they had set up their equipment and started working, found it difficult to reject pressure for "extras." Company definitely a "bait-and-switch" operation with well-trained personnel in such reprehensible techniques.

Description of Work: They were polite and did a good but not perfect job cleaning my tile and grout. The problem was that I paid for sealant, and could see no evidence that it was applied even though they claimed they did it while I wasn't looking. That being said, they're price was the lowest.

Description of Work: Cleaned rugs in 4 rooms, steps, and hallway. Put scotchgard on rugs.
