I received the heads up call. The two techs showed, did the work with explanations to me, and finalized the project with recommendations to prevent the problem in the future. They were polite and competent. I would definitely use them again.

Chase and Jeremy were great. They were thorough, friendly and very professional.

Initially when i hired they cleaned the dryer went from inside but not from outside. However, homeadvisor customer service was so good that they reached regarding the service i got and i was not satisfied. They assured me that they will pass on the message to the company and they did respond. The guy who came to clean for the second time did a wonderful job. I would suggest the company to send pro's in the first place. A big thanks to homeadvisor customer service tooo!!!!

The crew arrived on time and were very polite and pleasant throughout the whole service. They were also fast & efficient and got the vent cleaned promptly. They replaced our vent flap with a cage, which i'm hoping will help keep pests from crawling in but I'm beginning to wonder about the lint all over my flower bed below.

They arrived right on time, told me about the process to clean my dry vent. They got right to work and were finished quickly. My dryer vent is situated up along the house exiting near the roof and is about 20 ft. long. I was so glad there was someone to do this job because lint in a vent is very dangerous. We are only in this house a few moths, but I had a feeling the vent had never been cleaned. I was right, starting fresh and will have it done every year. My first load of laundry after the cleaning dried much faster. Money well spent.

Did the work as stated.

I had a unique situation with a porcelain tile 18 year old floor that was slippery. The other bidders were trying to sell me on a clean and slip resistant coating. Kevin from SS explained everything about Porcelain tile cleaning and maintenance and recommended cleaning only. It was beautiful and not slippery when he finished. Great Job

Chase and Christian were professional, and knowledgeable. They went right to work and completed the dryer vent cleaning quickly and efficiently. I highly recommend them. The cost, compared to other companies, is phenomenal. Great job, all the way around!

These guys were so good and professional that I called the company immediately after they left to let the company know how impressed I was with their work. We had the ducts cleaned and the air quality was significantly improved. I should have done this sooner. They came back to clean the carpet and did an excellent job on some well-worn carpet.

Follow up to my request was quick. They came the next day and right on time. Job was completed quickly and well.
