The ease of scheduling was appreciated.

Chris and his partner went beyond great service. They alerted us that our dryer vent connection came loose and lint was all over our attic. As an additional service they cleaned all of this up and reattached the vent. This could have caused a fire or other damage to our home. We are very grateful for this. They also explained what they were doing and gave us suggestions about filters and other helpful information. I rate these guys an A+.

Was the only service who made the time to get the work done while I was in town. That was a huge plus since the house in question is a vacation home & I’m usually not there off season. Plus the tech found another issue that might be a problem & was willing to talk with whoever I contacted about fixing it & gave me his phone number. In my book that’s going above & beyond what is normal. This experience definitely gave me a different opinion of Stanley Steemer & I won’t hesitate to recommend them or use them in the future.

They cleaned our dryer vent first and did an excellent job. They were professional and courteous and answered my questions. A carpet cleaning crew came later and also did a fantastic job. I was pleased with the price for both services and also with the work done. I will definitely use them again.

Arrived on time, fixed a minor issue and were very thorough.

Overall nice job on cleaning the exterior vent cover located in the soffit. The technician was professional and courteous. However, the location of the vent made the re-install of the soffit cover difficult for a single technician to install. They returned the following day to re-install the soffit cover correctly.

Generally did a good job, but I ended up having to pay more than they originally estimated because I had to have my heating ducts encapsulated. Too much nicotine to remove by cleaning alone.
