Very polite and thorough during both the estimating and execution of the multiple tasks. A team of four came to carry out the work. Pointed out and repaired a variety of issues resulting in significant airflow improvement from both AHUs. We appreciate the efforts, honesty, and professionalism of the team and will do business them again.

The 3 man crew did not come equipped with an appliance dolly with straps , and a dry wall saw needed to remove the over/under dryer from the closet in order to get to the dryer duct. I borrowed from my condo maintenance man an appliance dolly and a drywall hand saw. I explained the job thoroughly to Lauren when she took the order, but she totally blew it off and did NOT include details in the work order. Foreman Bret did manage to pull out the washer/dryer far enough to get to the ceiling in the closet to clean the dryer duct and reinstall the flex-hose. However, one of the large vacuum cleaners plugged into a wall receptacle with only 15 amps blew out the receptacle and the dimmer switch. I had to hire an electrician to replace both electrical outlet and dimmer switch for $150.00. Foreman Bret immediately called franchise owner Jerry Farell when the electrical problem happened. I was told to hire an electrician, and possibly Mr. Farell would accept liability for the electrical damage. The $150 expense was totally the responsibility of Stanley Steemer, since it was their equipment that caused the electrical blow out. Mr. Farell danced around the issue blaming me for have an old 15 amp receptacle and only offering to pay $75.00 instead of the total $150.00. This invoice is Still UNRESOLVED, and I am not pleased!

Straight up people efficient and professional. A little expensive but we get what we pay for. They did give me a discount. My air is cleaner. Thank you.

Good technical knowledge and performance but a little shy in keeping my indoor housing spaces clean. Wore large work boots inside and out, often tracking dirt inside. Seemed a little price insensitive despite completing local bids which were lower and had to get permission to offer a discount on additional services.

Made my tile look new
